Handheld device phonebooks, to-do lists, calendars, notes, even the occasional game, are so, well, ’90s. Not to worry, though, because the fun-loving folks at Playboy.com have come up with a way to put some high-class pulchritude in the palm of your hand. Or, more specifically, to add some “iBod” to your iPod Photo.
Playboy is offering what’s roughly analogous to NC-17 and R-rated image galleries so handheld users can enjoy interludes of furtive pinup art appreciation during long airline flights, when stuck in commuter traffic jams or otherwise caught in boring wait states.

“‘Playboy has always been committed to delivering the fun and sexiness of the classic Playboy lifestyle to customers on any media platform they wish to use,’ said John D. Thomas, editor of Playboy.com. ‘The overwhelming response we have received for this feature supports our theory that iPod Photo users are a technologically advanced group with a significant interest in enjoying beautiful Playboy images.’
“The “iBod” editorial feature on Playboy.com consists of 25 non-nude images of sexy Playboy models perfectly sized for the iPod Photo’s display screen. Additional nude digital content is available exclusively for Playboy Cyber Club members in Playboy’s subscription site.”
