The good news for the U.S. in this relationship is that Mr. and Mrs. America and their kids can buy thousands of products at remarkably low prices  for awhile. Some businesses can enjoy unprecedented profitmaking, again, for awhile. Some investors, likewise, get to clean up for awhile.
